Peter L –
This scope was purchased primarily for bird watching however, we have found we can see the actual craters on the moon on a clear night. Using with a tripod is an absolute must as it is impossible to hold steady enough free handed. The clarity of detail when zoomed in fully is nothing short of amazing.
On a separate note the customer service from Procular has been nothing short of amazing to help sort out a minor issue we experienced.
