What does the order status mean?

 
PENDING – We are still processing your payment.

FAILED – Your payment was not successful and your credit card or PayPal account were not charged. You can attempt to order again using the same or a different payment method.

PROCESSING – Your payment was successful and we are now processing your order. Once your order is shipped out we will email you a shipping notification and an estimated arrival date. Items in stock generally ship out within 2-3 business days after verification. In some cases an item needs to be ordered from our suppliers and therefore might take a few additional days to ship out. You can check this page again in a few days. If your order is still processing for longer than 14 days please contact us to confirm its status.

COMPLETED – Your order was shipped out to the address provided. Please allow for 7 to 10 business days for the arrival of your parcel. Orders to New Zealand, as well as international order, can take approximately 14 to 21 business days to arrive.

REFUNDED – Your payment was refunded by Procular.

CANCELLED – Your order was cancelled by either Procular or yourself.
