Track Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID and billing email in the boxes below and press the "Track" button. The Order ID was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

 

What does the order status mean?

 
PENDING – We are still processing your payment.

FAILED – Your payment was not successful and your credit card or PayPal account were not charged. You can attempt to order again using the same or a different payment method.

PROCESSING – Your payment was successful and we are now processing your order. Once your order is shipped out we will email you a shipping notification and an estimated arrival date. Items in stock generally ship out within 2-3 business days after verification. In some cases an item needs to be ordered from our suppliers and therefore might take a few additional days to ship out. You can check this page again in a few days. If your order is still processing for longer than 14 days please contact us to confirm its status.

COMPLETED – Your order was shipped out to the address provided. Please allow for 2 to 5 business days for the arrival of your parcel. Orders to New Zealand can take approximately 7 to 14 business days to arrive.

REFUNDED – Your payment was refunded by Procular.

CANCELED – Your order was cancelled by either Procular or yourself.
